- Can my for-profit company apply for a STOP THE BLEED® Educational License?
For-profit companies are not eligible for a STOP THE BLEED® Educational License.
- What types of organizations are eligible to apply for a STOP THE BLEED® Educational License?
Any organization interested in developing a STOP THE BLEED® program and teaching STOP THE BLEED®
- If my organization has been issued a STOP THE BLEED® Educational License, do the people in my organization who will be teaching need a to apply for a STOP THE BLEED® Instructor license as well?
Individuals who are part of an organization that has a STOP THE BLEED® Educational License are not required to have a STOP THE BLEED® Instructor License. However, the services and resources provided through the STOP THE BLEED® Instructor License program are tailored to make the instructors work easier and more effective.
- How long does it take for our application to be reviewed?
Applications are typically reviewed within 2 to 3 weeks after which you will receive a communication requesting more information or a STOP THE BLEED® Educational License Agreement to sign.
- How do I access my Educational Licensee account?
1) Visit stopthebleedcoalition.org/login/ and log in 2) Select “Training Program” in the top menu 3) Select “Educational Licensee Portal” in the dropdown menu. Note: this option will not appear in the menu until after you are logged in.
- The link I received to register my Educational Licensee account does not work, i.e., I am getting an error message. What should I do?
In most cases, the fix is to close and reopen your browser or to clear your cache. If those suggestions don’t work, try a different device. Please ensure you are entering information by typing it in rather than copying and pasting. If none of these work, send an email to: community@stopthebleedcoalition.org to let us know.
- I filed my quarterly report but I keep getting reminders to file – do I have to file again?
We send general reminders to all licensees about the quarterly reports. If you have filed your quarterly report and received a reminder after it, you do not need to file it again.
- When is the quarterly report due?
Quarterly reports are due within 30 days after the end of a quarter. Quarters end the last day of the following months: March, June, September, and December.
- Can more than one person from my organization register for an account?
Yes
- Can I use the same email address for my instructor account as the one I use for our organization’s Educational Licensee account?
Our system is set up so that you need to use different email addresses to access the Instructor Portal and the Educational Licensee Portal.
- My email address has changed – how do I change my account information?
